FIREBALL GALA
WaterFire Providence
While working as a contract graphic designer for WaterFire, I was in charge of all the materials for their annual FireBall fundraising gala event. I created social media graphics, digital event graphics, digital and print advertisements, printed invitations and booklets, and more. Each year they would switch up the branding a little to fit the year's theme, so I also did the re-design as well.
UPDATED BRANDING
For this FireBall they told me they wanted to re-brand it a little to make it more of a Gala/red carpet event. They went with an 'Elements' theme and encouraged people to dress based off of the four elements. I gave the branding a very elegant and sophisticated look to fit the gala image, and used the four colors of the elements throughout my designs. I also utilized the fire image to the right that was taken at a WaterFire lighting.
This was the original logo concept they gave me to work off of and the typical logo they would use.
INVITATION & PAMPHLET
I created the layouts for the printed invitations that were mailed out and the event pamphlets. I also prepared all of these files and sent them off to the printing company.

HONOREE GRAPHICS
I created graphics for the people being given awards at the event as well. The square ones were used as social media posts and the others were used as digital slides on a projector at the event while the awards were being given.
These were the original headshots I was provided with to make the graphics of the honorees.
COUNTDOWN GRAPHICS
These graphics were created and posted counting down the days until ticket sales closed to entice people to order theirs. The squares were for instagram/facebook posts and the tall one was used for an instagram story.
BACKDROP
I was also asked to make a backdrop design with the FireBall logo and two different versions of the WaterFire logo. This was used for photos of all the guests taken on their 'red carpet'.
